Revision Process

All abstracts submitted within the deadline and in accordance with the norms presented will be subjected to peer review.

Each of the submitted abstracts will be reviewed by two members of the Scientific Committee, who will not have access to information about the authors (peer review).

The initial version submitted for evaluation by the Scientific Committee will not include any information enabling the identification of the authors (names and affiliations). This information only be included in the final version of the abstract.

After completion of the revision process, the author signalled for contact will be informed about the acceptance or rejection of the submitted work. In both cases the reviewers’ comments will be available for consultation.

In case of acceptance, authors must meet the recommendations for improvement and submit the final version of the work within the limit of the set date. If the recommendations and changes indicated by the reviewers (Scientific Committee) are not taken into consideration by the authors, the Organizing Committee reserves itself the right not to integrate the documents in the Congress Proceedings.

The final version of the work (version to publish in a Supplement volume of the international journal BMC Health Research Services) must also comply with the guidelines and will include Title, Authors (name, institution and email), Abstract and Keywords.
